You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Career Information and Content Submission

4.1 Resume, CV and Cover Letter Submissions

By uploading resume, CV, cover letter or other career documents to our platform, you:

  • Retain ownership of your content
  • Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, analyze, process, and use your content solely to provide our Services
  • Represent that your content is accurate, legal, and does not violate any third party's rights
  • Understand that your documents may be processed by AI systems to provide personalized recommendations

4.2 Data Processing Activities

We process your career documents to:

  • Analyze for job matching opportunities
  • Generate personalized career recommendations

4.3 Career Content Accuracy

6. Intellectual Property Rights

AI Career Assistant owns all intellectual property rights to our platform, including our software, algorithms, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding your submitted documents). 7. Payment Terms and Subscription

7.1 Pricing and Billing

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to change with notice. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

We use Paddle as our payment processor. When you make a purchase, you will be subject to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting Paddle's customer support.

7.3 Refunds

All payment processing and refunds are handled through our payment processor, Paddle. Refund eligibility is subject to Paddle's refund policies.

Please note that certain promotional offers, discounted subscriptions, or one-time purchases may be non-refundable, as specified at the time of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI CAREER ASSISTANT MAKES NO GUARANTEES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE OUTCOMES OF USING OUR SERVICES. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE JOB PLACEMENT, INTERVIEWS, OR CAREER ADVANCEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
